2. Payment Processing

Payments on BlockBalance are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. All transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment processor.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be processed in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payments: If you have accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same transaction
  • Failed Services: If the service you paid for was not delivered due to technical issues on our end
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If a payment was made without your authorization
  • Overpayment: If you have paid more than the required amount
  • Service Cancellation: If a service is cancelled by BlockBalance before delivery

3.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Payments for services that have been successfully delivered and utilized
  • Processing fees charged by payment gateways
  • Payments made more than 30 days ago (unless required by law)
  • Payments for services cancelled by the user after delivery has commenced

4. Refund Process

4.1 Requesting a Refund

  • Transaction ID or payment reference number
  • Date and amount of the transaction
  • Reason for refund request
  • Supporting documents (if applicable)

4.2 Refund Review

All refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. We may contact you for additional information if needed.

4.3 Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a service or subscription through your account dashboard. We reserve the right to cancel services in cases of violation of Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, non-payment of fees, or technical issues. In such cases, refunds will be processed as per this Policy.

6. Credit Balance Refunds

For credit balances in member accounts, refunds may be processed upon request by the society administrator or member, subject to verification and approval.

If you are not satisfied with a refund decision, you may contact us to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
